2. Description of Service

MTC Group provides original, subscription-based practice exams and study-tracking tools intended to help learners prepare for third-party information security certification exams, including CISSP, CISM, and CISA.

3. No Affiliation With Certifying Bodies

CISSP® is a registered certification mark of ISC2, Inc. CISM® and CISA® are registered certification marks of ISACA. References to these marks on this site are solely to describe the subject matter of our practice exams (nominative use) and do not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. MTC Group is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISC2 or ISACA. 4. Original Content; No Exam Reproduction

All practice questions on this Service are original works, written and reviewed by our team, and are not copies, paraphrases, or reconstructions of actual ISC2 or ISACA exam questions. You may not upload, share, or request that we incorporate real exam content, braindump material, or any content you obtained under an exam non-disclosure agreement.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, for a single certification or a bundle of certifications, at the price displayed at checkout, and renew automatically at the same interval until cancelled. Billing is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the Manage Subscription link in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds.

Fee changes. We reserve the right to increase our subscription fees at any time. An increase takes effect with your next scheduled subscription payment after the notice period below; it never changes the price of a billing period you have already paid for. We will publish notice of any increase on this site, and send it to the email address on your account, at least 15 days before the increase takes effect, so that you can change or cancel your subscription before the new price applies. If you do not cancel before the increase takes effect, your subscription will renew at the new price.

Adding a certification. If you already have a subscription, you can add another certification to it at the bundle price shown before you confirm. On a monthly plan, you are charged the full new monthly price when you add the certification, and your billing date moves to that day; the unused part of your previous month is not credited. On an annual plan, you are charged the difference between your current annual price and the new annual price when you add the certification, and your renewal date does not change. Plan changes are not prorated. To remove a certification or switch between monthly and annual billing, contact us using the details below.

7. No Guarantee of Certification Exam Outcome

Practice exam scores and readiness metrics are study aids, not predictions or guarantees of your performance on an official ISC2 or ISACA exam. We make no representation that using this Service will result in passing any certification exam.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or resell our question content, share your account credentials, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, and site content are owned by MTC Group and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own exam preparation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the content is free of errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTC Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam outcomes.
