MTC Group provides original, subscription-based practice exams and study-tracking tools intended to help learners prepare for third-party information security certification exams, including CISSP and CISM.
3. No Affiliation With Certifying Bodies

References to these marks on this site are solely to describe the subject matter of our practice exams (nominative use) and do not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. 4. Original Content; No Exam Reproduction
All practice questions on this Service are original works, written and reviewed by our team, and are not copies, paraphrases, or reconstructions of actual ISC2 or ISACA exam questions. You may not upload, share, or request that we incorporate real exam content, braindump material, or any content you obtained under an exam non-disclosure agreement.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per certification, at the price displayed at checkout, and renew automatically at the same interval until cancelled. Billing is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the Manage Subscription link in your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds. We will give you advance notice before any price increase takes effect on your next renewal.
7. No Guarantee of Certification Exam Outcome
Practice exam scores and readiness metrics are study aids, not predictions or guarantees of your performance on an official ISC2 or ISACA exam. We make no representation that using this Service will result in passing any certification exam.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or resell our question content, share your account credentials, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All questions, explanations, and site content are owned by MTC Group and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own exam preparation.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the content is free of errors.
